Our Love Story
Founders and classically trained chefs Laura and Todd Lyons applied their culinary skills and techniques to create a southern-style fried chicken concept that was more than fast-food.
Entrepreneurs at heart, they believed (and still do) that as a team, with our shared knowledge and experience, we could build something that would have an extraordinary impact.
